Cancellation & Returns


  • At DreamGift Studio, we strive to make personalized gift-giving easy and ensure the highest quality of our products. Each item is carefully selected by our buyers and customized to your specifications. Before shipping, we conduct thorough inspections to ensure accuracy and quality. Also, Tracking IDs are shared with you on the registered WhatsApp number/email address once your order is dispatched.

  • Please note that personalized items cannot be accepted for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing error. We guarantee that our personalized products are free of manufacturing errors. In the rare case of breakage, we will initiate an exchange only if an opening video of the item is provided.

  • If you notice a manufacturing defect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will result in us being unable to take responsibility for the issue. All exchanges must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item and gaining approval based on the opening video.

Please note that cancellations or changes to orders cannot be accepted once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production. Please keep in mind that while we strive to ensure timely delivery of your gifts, high volume and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may cause slight delays, and no return or compensation of any kind will be provided for the same.

At times, DreamGift Studio may need to cancel orders due to reasons such as unavailability of stock or unacceptable quality. If an order is canceled, the refund amount will be credited back to your account.

Please be aware that personalized products or some other products may be non-cancellable. No order can be canceled by the customer after the order has been placed with DreamGift Studio.


We facilitate you with the cash on Delivery option that can be availed by paying a booking amount equivalent to 25% of the product value.

  • Order cannot be canceled once it's placed, and no return for the booking amount shall be paid if you do not wish to proceed with your order.

  • Please note, no refund shall be provided for the booking amount under any circumstance if you refuse to accept the order or are unavailable to receive the parcel at the time of delivery. However, you may initiate the request to resend your order, in which case, reshipping charges will be applicable depending upon the pin code.


In the rare case of a breakage, we will initiate an exchange only if an opening video of the item is provided, keeping in mind the below points:

  • Opening Video should be complete from the starting without any break and should reflect the damage/defect in the product.

  • Video should not be edited/altered in any form.

Failing to do so under any circumstance, no compensation of any kind shall be provided.


Once sold, all products are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-returnable. However, in the event of receiving a defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing or calling our Customer Care at +916398476992. Eligible orders will be exchanged with the same SKU subject to stock availability.

To facilitate the return process, we kindly request that you courier the package yourself. Upon receipt of the returned product and completion of a quality check by DreamGift Studio, please provide us with the airway bill (AWB) for tracking purposes.

Returned items should be unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered, and unsoiled. All original packaging, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, and accessories should be intact. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the rejection of the return.

Once we receive your return request, we will assess the complaint regarding the product's fault or defect. If the complaint is successfully validated, we will process a replacement for the damaged/defective product. Replacements are subject to eligibility criteria.

Please note that DreamGift Studio is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the reverse delivery of the product.


Please note the following regarding refunds:

  • DreamGift Studio does not accept product returns for a refund. However, if we are unable to process the exchanged product as per your complaint, a refund procedure may be initiated under specific circumstances:
    • If you paid with a Credit or Debit card, you will receive a full refund, which will be reflected in your bank account/card/wallet within 4-10 working days.
    • For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund amount will be credited to your bank account as per the details provided by you through the same registered email address used for placing the order at
    • For orders placed using store credit, gift vouchers, or promotions, the refund will be issued in the form of online store credit, which can be redeemed at a later time at

By placing an order through, you agree to the aforementioned conditions. Any dispute raised in relation to these policies shall be considered waived without any demand, claim, compensation, or expenses.
